Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You may cancel a booked session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
If a counsellor cancels, you receive a full refund or free rebooking.
Email support@entrancezone.ai with your registered email and order/booking ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
