We collect the information you provide during registration (name, email), your AI career-assessment answers, chat messages with our AI coach, booking details, and payment metadata processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Your data powers your personalized career profile, AI recommendations, college/rank predictions, counsellor matching, and platform notifications. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our models.
We share booking details with the counsellor you book. We never sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their privacy terms. AI processing uses trusted model providers under data-protection agreements.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed tokens, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to admin tools is role-restricted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@entrancezone.ai.
We use a secure session cookie/token to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
